Processing & underwriting
The underwriter verifies your documentation against program guidelines. If they need more, we explain exactly what and keep things moving. Our processors handle the back-and-forth and clear conditions fast.
Funding & closing
Once your loan is approved, we confirm your closing date, walk you through the final numbers, and coordinate with the title company. On closing day you sign — and get the keys or the cash you were waiting for.
